What time should we arrive?

Please arrive on time for your booked session.

Do adults need a ticket?

Yes, please check the ticket options available when booking.

Do babies need a ticket?

Babies under 12 months can attend free of charge.

Can I change the date or time of my booking?

If you need to amend your booking, please contact the organisers as soon as possible. Changes will depend on the event's booking policy and availability.

Can I get a refund if I can no longer attend?

Refunds are not allowed.

Do I need to print my tickets?

Your booking confirmation will be sent by email. Please have your tickets ready to show on arrival, either on your phone or printed (IPhone users can add them to their Apple Wallet).

What should we wear?

Wrap up warm! The Festive Forest is an outdoor woodland experience, so we recommend warm layers, waterproof coats and sturdy footwear or wellies. Paths may be muddy or uneven, particularly after wet weather.

Will the event go ahead if it rains?

Yes. As this is an outdoor experience, please come prepared for winter weather. The organisers will provide updates if severe weather affects the event.

Can we bring a pushchair or wheelchair?

Yes, but please be mindful that the event takes place in natural woodland, where paths may be uneven, sandy or muddy.

Are dogs allowed?

Yes, you can bring your well-behaved furry friends, but they must be kept on a lead at all times, and any mess must be picked up and disposed of in the bins provided.

Will there be toilets available?

Yes.

Will there be food and drink available?

Yes, you can purchase hot and cold drinks along with a variety of snacks at the cafe.

Can we take photographs with Santa?

Yes, we recommend having your phone or camera ready to capture your family's Christmas memories where photography is permitted. There will also be an optional professional photo service.

What if my child is nervous about meeting Santa?

We understand that meeting Santa can be a big moment for little ones! Please let the event team know if your child is feeling nervous so they can advise on the experience.
